Entry forms will be available to download nearer the race date. The personal details you give us will be kept on an electronic database and will be made available to other agencies such as scottishathletics and the press. We reserve the right to publish on this website the names of category winners. We will not publish your contact details on the website. | 1. | All finishers will receive a commemorative medal. |
| 2. | A copy of the Galloway News containing full race results will be posted to every entrant. |
| 3. | Race number and all other race information will be forwarded to competitors after Easter. |
| 4. | All trophies must be returned prior to the race. |
| 5. | Entrants will be expected to complete the course by 4pm. Feeding stations and first aid cover will not be available after this time. |
